Tiffany’s greatest passion is education. From beginning her journey as a teacher for several years, then onto education consultancy and guardianship for international students. She then progressed onto account management on the topic of careers, curriculum and skills development for 2000 schools around the UK and managing employer partnerships. She helped steer schools in helping them to meet statutory benchmarks set out by OFSTED while also leading in big employability talks with partner companies. In doing so, she has built close relationships with schools and large-scale employers around the UK . Tiffany also enjoyed expanding her learning. She took on masters in psychology, this has enabled her to understand a wide range of psychology from occupational, educational to a focus on counselling. The importance of mental health awareness is particularly popular, especially post pandemic, she is hoping her experiences so far alongside her masters will help in inspiring youths.
